Yesterday I went to my very first kick-boxing class with the boyfriend. I was a little nervous about it at first just because it's totally out of my comfort zone, but I actually ended up liking it!  It kicked my butt, but it was so much better than just going to the gym and spending an hour on the treadmill. I highly recommend checking out a class if you can!
